WE URGENTLY NEED HELP WITH OUR BINGO ENDEAVOR!
Our
organization partners with the Tidewater Aids Crisis
Taskforce to work a bingo game on Saturdays from 11:00am
until approximately 5pm. In return for providing volunteers
to work the game we are given a $500 per month donation to
our cause. You can do the math … that works out to $6,000
per year … that pays for 5 snip days or 3.75 months of rent
on the new clinic space or untold consumable supplies once
the clinic is up and running.
WE REALLY NEED THIS MONEY!
WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE IT WORK!
The
work is not hard but you do spend a lot of time on your
feet. You are required to count money and make change. And
you will be inundated with secondhand smoke (but don’t use
this excuse if you eat in local restaurants who have not
banned smoking

We
need volunteers willing to commit to one Saturday per month
on a scheduled basis, i.e., the second Saturday of the
month. Commitment on a regular basis is required so that
volunteers are properly trained. Commitment on a regular
basis also makes scheduling for the month less of a
nightmare. That’s not to say you can’t switch with someone
if you have something else come up but
we need dedicated folks willing and
make and keep the commitment.
